The Warren Miller Gear Shop Online Store will accept your return of unworn, unwashed merchandise by mail unless explicitly noted in our return policy below.
Please note: Warren Miller Gear Shop reserves the right to update this return policy at any time and without notice. Please review the policy in its entirety each time before making a purchase.
General Return Policy
We will credit you for returns accompanied by your email receipt or shipping slip receipt made within 30 days of the purchase for the price paid in the original form of payment.
Returns accompanied by an email or shipping slip receipt made more than 30 days after the purchase will be credited for the item's current selling price in the form of a merchandise credit. Merchandise without an email receipt or shipping slip receipt may not be returned. Please do not remove merchandise tags until you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Purchases designated "Final Sale" are final and cannot be returned for any reason.
Items will be personalized AS ENTERED BY THE PURCHASER at the time of the order. If information is entered incorrectly by the purchaser, items are not eligible for return. Only personalization errors on the part of the manufacturer qualify an item to be returned for credit.
Returning by Mail
HOW TO RETURN BY MAIL
Call 303-253-6300 to inform WARREN MILLER GEAR SHOP of the requested return. We will mail a shipping label to you for the returned merchandise.
On your email receipt or shipping slip receipt, clearly indicate the items to be returned. Also include your email address and preferred contact number.
Carefully pack your item(s), including the tags, in the original condition, and include your email or shipping slip receipt.
Apply the shipping label provided to you by Warren Miller Gear Shop and ship the package(s).
RETURN SHIPPING COSTS*
Cost of return shipping will be paid for by WARREN MILLER GEAR SHOP under the following circumstances:
Item is incorrectly personalized due to error of the manufacturer (please see “Personalized Items” section for more information);
Item is damaged; and/or
Item received is not item ordered (incorrect item).
Cost of return shipping will be paid for by the purchaser under the following circumstances:
Purchaser ordered incorrect size or color;
Item is incorrectly personalized due to error of the purchaser (please see “Personalized Items” section for more information); and/or
Purchaser changes preference regarding the item (purchaser no longer wishes to purchase the item, etc.).
*If item is a gift being returned by the purchaser OR the recipient, the return shipping cost policies listed above still apply.
ISSUING CREDIT FOR RETURNED MERCHANDISE
Upon arrival of the returned item(s) to WARREN MILLER GEAR SHOP headquarters, credit will be applied WITHIN 7 DAYS to the credit card originally used to purchase the merchandise and an email notification will be sent to the address indicated on the email receipt/shipping slip receipt included in the returned package. Depending on your credit card cycle, please allow 1-2 cycles for the credit to appear.
If the item(s) being returned is a gift item(s) being returned by the gift recipient, a store credit will be issued to the recipient and an email notification will be sent to the email address indicated on the email receipt or shipping slip receipt included in the returned package.
